What am I paying for?+

You are buying a one-time advertising campaign with the duration, estimated reach, review, placement, updates, and reporting shown in your selected plan. Ad creation is separate unless your order specifically includes a creative service.

Where will my ad run?+

Onyx chooses the placement that fits your service area, offer, audience, and package. Your dashboard will show the planned channel and a live placement link or launch proof when available.

Can I stop a live campaign?+

Yes. You can submit a stop request from the campaign workspace. Onyx will confirm the request and stop future placement as soon as reasonably possible. A campaign stopped after launch is not refundable because placement and campaign work have already begun.

Are calls, clicks, or sales guaranteed?+

No advertising company can honestly guarantee business results. Estimated reach is a planning range, not a promise. Onyx reports verified campaign activity and never presents sample numbers as customer results.

What if I need Onyx to create the ad?+

Choose a Creative Studio service before checkout. You will submit your logo, offer, service information, and preferences, then review the finished creative before launch.
